Promaxx Procutter Threaded Deburrer 1/4"

Features and Benefits:

• Cutting blade on this accessory cuts through burrs and removes corrosion
• Threaded adapter allows for use with 1/4” ratchet
• Flattens the damaged stud
• This super-fast operation leads to higher extraction rates
• Attaches to an 1/4" x 28 TPI thread arbor and inserts into the PowerDrive

Flatten the damaged stud, remove corrosion and burr on the remaining remnant that restricts broken exhaust manifold stud extraction. The aggressive cutting blade on this accessory cuts through burrs and removes corrosion in just seconds. This super-fast operation leads to higher extraction rates and reduced risk of a broken extractor. Threaded adapter allows for use with 1/4” ratchet. This device is to remove the burr created on an 8mm x 125 TPI fastener when broken. For exhaust manifold applications, the slim low profile design assists in reaching hard-to-reach areas like behind the shock tower on Ford and under the firewall on GM. The device will deburr, clean the corrosion away in the tapped hole in the cylinder head and flatten the remaining stud remnant for easy extraction. Also will work on hard to reach spot welds in auto body applications for removing panels. The 1/8” arbor tip rises slightly above the cutter making it compatible with a 1/8” pilot hole prohibiting walk and allowing for perfect alignment on all drilling applications. This device will do what a $400-600 aviation drill will do utilizing an existing air or cordless 1/4” drive ratchet for far less money.
