The PIG Aerosol Single‐Can Recycler DRM1266 is designed to simplify and legally streamline aerosol can disposal by puncturing cans for safe, compliant recycling. This system eliminates the cost and regulatory burden of hazardous waste handling while reducing risks of fire, explosion, or VOC exposure from improperly emptied cans. It works with domed mini, standard, and jumbo aerosol cans ranging from 2 inches in diameter by 5 inches high to 3 inches in diameter by 9.5 inches high, and mounts directly to a 2‐inch bung on a 30‐ or 55‐gallon closed‐head steel drum for efficient draining. A combination coalescing and carbon filter captures odors and harmful VOCs released during puncturing, and a Timestrip indicator removes guesswork from carbon cartridge replacements. Built with an angled hardened steel pin for clean punctures and equipped with a grounding wire for static prevention, this recycler helps facilities safely manage waste, meet environmental goals, and reduce disposal costs
