Legacy Manufacturing Flexzilla Air Compressor Stationary Splash 5hp 60gal 230v 1-phase 2-stage

Features and Benefits:

• Lets face it, standard air compressors are LOUD. All this NOISE interferes with workplace communication, lowers productivity on the job, and increases risk of hearing loss. Fortunately, Flexzilla® brings quiet back to the workplace. Features:Quiet Technology™ - Flexzilla air compressors feature low RPM pumps and motors that reduce high frequency noise levels while increasing CFM output. Flexzilla air compressors are the quietest on the market emitting operating noise no louder than a normal conversation.Silencer™ ‐ Flexzilla stationary air compressors include the Silencer, a patented noise suppression system that reduces low frequency noise levels. Silencer dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the air through a series of baffles, reducing dBA levels up to 25%. Note: Every 10 decibels represents a 50% noise change.Motor - Open drip proof (ODP)Heavy Steel OSHA Approved Belt GuardsSolid Steel Connecting RodsDual 2B Style Industrial Grade Drive BeltsCondor Pressure Switch ‐ Premium pressure activated switchSolid Cast Iron Crankcase with Oil Sight Glass ‐ NOT Aluminum. Steel crankshaft with tapered roller bearings for solid pump supportComponents ‐ B-style belts to ensure smooth operation. Top quality pressure switch, 100% brass valves, ASME certified tank, 16G steel with premium grade expanded metal belt guardsManual Tank Drain ‐ Removes condensationExternal Auto style oil filter for easy filter changeAssembled in USA of US and global componentsTank manufactured in USA
