The ASC-HT valve with complete new sealing concept is an all purpose metal valve for highly stressed wheels of fast moving cars, sprinters and any vehicles with high tire pressure and high tire temperature. In traditional metal valves, the pre-load of the fastening nut is channeled through the rubber seal. This results in inevitable aging and decreasing sealing efficiency, even to the point of loosening the valve. With the ASC leak-proof concept, the pre-load is set by the interface between the edge of the valve's metal cup and the tire rim. Therefore the pre-load is led directly into the metal of the rim. A plastic washer prevents damage to the rim while torquing the nut.The seal can perform its function independent of external forces. Pressure range of up to 200 PSI
